Two perspectives. One foundation.

DEKTRIA was founded by two operators who have spent their careers inside complex, multi-country organizations — accountable for budgets, teams, clients and results.

One built his career on the economics of the business. The other on how the business actually runs.

Cristian Prado, Founder of DEKTRIA

Cristian Prado

Founder

The economics of the business — where value is created, where it is lost, and why.

Cristian connects finance, data and technology to business performance. He builds the structures leadership teams run on: strategic finance and internal audit functions, governance frameworks, KPI standards and executive reporting. His work starts with the economics — margin, cost and the drivers behind them — and ends in measurable improvement. With 10+ years across corporate finance, operations and business intelligence, including financial leadership at Avianca, he has owned budgets, cost programs and the reporting behind executive decisions. A systems engineer with a degree in financial administration, he brings AI and automation into finance and audit so that better decisions take less effort.

Irving Alvidrez

Co-Founder

The operation behind the numbers — how people, capacity and process turn plans into results.

Irving understands how a business actually runs: the people, the capacity, the processes and the client commitments behind every number. Over nearly two decades he has moved from leading frontline sales teams to running global workforce strategy across 13 delivery sites in 11 countries — building the capacity models that keep complex programs on target when demand shifts or a site goes down. His work reaches into the commercial side of the business: pricing models, contract renewal strategy, and the feasibility and cost analysis behind new proposals. He holds a degree in mathematics and has led technology transitions, dashboards and KPI systems from the inside.

Figures reflect the founders' in-house leadership roles.

The numbers and the operation, in the same room.

The economicsThe operationIntegrated business performance

Many of the problems growth creates sit between finance and operations: a margin that moves without explanation, a plan the operation can't deliver, data that describes the business without changing it.

Cristian reads the economics. Irving reads the operation. Together, they connect the numbers, the people, the processes and the technology — and turn that understanding into action.
